App Control: Cloned Machines Register Then Disconnect From Console

Issue/Introduction

• Clone machines will report state of 'Not Connected' after initialization
• Following message reported in Trace.bt9 file: Server Communication: WinHTTPCommunication Error: 12175

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Versions
• Cloned machines

Cause

Agent installation on Master Image machine was performed using a generic, or non-branded installation file. 

Resolution
