Agent Health Check Error with ALLUSERS=1

Issue/Introduction

Agent is generating failed Health Check Events similar to:

Cb Proection Agent detected a problem: The agent was installed using a per-user installation context which is not supported. Please reinstall with ALLUSERS=1. Options[00000003] TotalFailures[1] FailureId[625]

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

This indicates the Agent was installed per-user rather than per-machine. A per-user installation is not supported.

Resolution

1. Verify any installation script/SCCM task is not specifying ALLUSERS in the command line.
2. Fully uninstall the Agent. In some circumstances the Agent Uninstall Utility may be required.
3. Re-install the Agent using a supported install method.
