CB Protection: How to Find the Error Detail When File Analysis Returns an Error

Issue/Introduction

This article will demonstrate how to locate the error message when a file analysis result returns Error.

Environment

CB Protection Server: All Versions

Resolution

There are two ways to find the error message. 

1. In Tools > Requested Files > Analyzed Files 
2. Hover over Error
3. A tooltip will appear revealing the complete error message

Or

1. In Tools > Requested Files > Analyzed Files
2. Click Show Columns 
3. Highlight Error
4. Click the arrow pointing to the right to move Error underneath Selected
5. The error detail should now be shown in the Error column.
