• Agents showing "Approvals out of Date"
• Taking longer for the agents to receive the latest CL version

Environment

• CB Protection Server: 8.1.3324  - 8.1.5.4
• CB Protection Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

• Changes that were made to make the server FIPS compliant.
• Timing issue when creating configlist files

Resolution

Upgrade to CB Protection Server 8.1.6.434 and Higher
