Issue/Introduction

• In-Product Notification (IPN) received

  Vulnerability Management for Endpoints Now Available

• Unable to see/find Harden > Vulnerabilities in left-navigation menu
• If it is available then unable to see any details in the Vulnerabilities tab
• When trying to view the Vulnerabilities tab the red error occurs

  Vulnerability Assessment is not enabled for this organization

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Cause

Vulnerability Management has not been enabled for the organization, or the organization is not entitled to this feature with current purchased products

Resolution

If using Carbon Black Endpoint Foundations the Vulnerability Assessment isn't included with this license. If seeing options that shouldn't be enabled contact support.
