CB Response Sensor: Cannot remount USB and external DVD drivers

Issue/Introduction

• USB or DVD drive does not remount after being ejected and reconnected. 
• Error in Windows Device Manager for the affected USB device:

device cannot load driver due to a previous instance of the driver being loaded in memory, Error(38)

• Restarting the endpoint allows the USB or DVD driver to be mounted

Environment

• CB Response Sensor: 6.1.6 - 6.1.8
• Microsoft Windows 7
• Microsoft Windows 10

Cause

This is a known issue (CB-21913) preventing full ejection of a disk.

Resolution

Upgrade to sensor version 6.1.9 or higher.
