EDR: Alliance connection fails intermittently with 502s

Issue/Introduction

• Server Communication Status for Threat Intel is Red
• The allianceclient_comm_history table shows 502s in between 200s

Environment

• EDR Server: 6.2.3 and Lower

Cause

The back-end Alliance server is receiving too many requests at the time

Resolution

This issue will be reduced in EDR Server 6.2.4
