EDR: Korean characters a broken in Live Response results

Issue/Introduction

• execfg requests sent will return corrupted characters in the response
• Built-in Live Response commands like dir return expected characters

Environment

• EDR Server: All Versions (Formerly CB Response)
• EDR Sensor: All Versions
• Live Response

Cause

Internationalization and localization support is not currently implemented in CBLR

Resolution

Native language support for CBLR will be added in a future version through work in CB-13042 and CB-16435
