Issue/Introduction

Users in a newly created role with all permissions are unable to edit other groups

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Cause

User role permissions are compared against the permissions in other roles. There are some deprecated permissions for roles that are no longer added to new groups. Since these do not match, the user is unable to edit other roles. 

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future revision of the console - DSER-36042
