Local Mirror Server is Unable to Download the Signature when Carbon Black Cloud Sensor is installed and status is "Active"

Issue/Introduction

When in the "Active" status, the Sensor on the local mirror server will not be able to download and distribute the Signature to other Sensors in the org. When the Sensor is installed, the signatures will not download. The Signatures will only successfully download when the Sensor is placed in Bypass mode. 

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: Version 3.8.0+
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions 

Cause

There is no resolution for this issue at this time. However, it is being actively investigated by engineering.

Resolution

If you are experiencing this issue, please collect the local Sensor logs from the local mirror server and open a case with Carbon Black Support.
