Issue/Introduction

Can alert notices be controlled per terminal services user rather than for all users logged in at that time?

Environment

• CB Defense Sensor
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Resolution

Alerts can not be controlled per user logged into a terminal server. Alerts can only be controlled for the whole terminal server.

To suppress alert notifications on the endpoint, the 'Sensor UI: Detail Message' setting needs to be disabled within the policy the machine is assigned to.
