Endpoint Standard: Does removing the App Control Agent affect the sensor?

Issue/Introduction

When both products are present on an endpoint, will removing Agent and Server disrupt the sensor?

Environment

• Endpoint Standard: All Supported Versions
• App Control Server: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

No.  The Sensor communicates with the cloud back-end, while the Agent communicates only with it's local server application.  Removing App Control should have no adverse effects on the Sensor.
