Will Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 continue to be supported on 3.7?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.7 and above

Resolution

Yes. However, Microsoft is no longer providing SHA-1 code signing for our CBC Windows sensor releases, so Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 must have the latest Windows patches supporting SHA-2 in order for sensor version(s) 3.7 and above to be supported on these Operating Systems.
