CB Protection: User Suggestions Are Not Saved Properly in the Username / Group field in Custom Rules

Issue/Introduction

When creating a custom rule and using the Specific User or Group setting usernames do not appear to be saved correctly.

Environment

• CB Protection Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

This is caused by an ajax call that only saves the typed value (rather than the entire selection from the suggestions).

Resolution

This appears to be cosmetic. The rule is saved into the database correctly. This is being corrected by our developers in a future version of CB Protection, and is being tracked internally on EP-9054.
