• First search after logging into PSC Console fails to load data
• 'Alerts could not be retrieved' notification is displayed in red

• Cb Defense PSC Console: August - December '18 backends

Cause

First results of search are returned incorrectly

Resolution

The fix for this issue is being tracked under DSER-10583

Additional Information

This issue should only impact the first search using Easy/Simple Search, and should not have the same result when using Advanced Search.
Many times data will not load at first when the items being searched for do not fit the filters (time range, Threat/Monitored, Dismissed/Not Dismissed, etc.), if this occurs adjust the time range and other filters to ensure the Alert being searched for should be displayed.
