Carbon Black Cloud: Leading Wildcard Searches in Alerts Tab Getting Error "Alerts could not be retrieved"

Issue/Introduction

Using leading Wildcard in Alerts Tab doesn't fetch any results and end up giving error "Alerts could not be retrieved"

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Versions

Cause

This is working as per design

Resolution

• Leading Wildcard search in Alerts Tab is currently not supported 
• This article will be updated once the option is available in the console
