App Control: External Analytics Directory Exceeding Limit Size

Issue/Introduction

External Analytics directory is exceeding the defined limit size. 

Environment

• App Control Server: 8.1.8
• External Analytics

Cause

Updating the Root URL will disable the limit directory size. 

 

Resolution

Upgrade App Control Server to version 8.5+.

• EP-11092: Updating the Root URL also disables the Limit Directory Size
