Cause

There is an interop issue between Endpoint Standard and the Bamboo Build Application

Resolution

Create API Bypass Rules for the following 2 Paths:

• *:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\**\IsCmdBld.exe
• *:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\**\SignTool.exe
