Carbon Black Cloud Console: Linux sensor does not deregister after command line uninstall

Issue/Introduction

After uninstalling via terminal, the sensor is no longer running on the endpoint, but still shows as active in the console

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Linux: All Supported Versions

Cause

An uninstall command must still be issued from the console in order for the sensor to show as deregistered

Resolution

On the Endpoints page in the console select the sensor and click Take Action > Uninstall
