Issue/Introduction

• Observing significant startup delay with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, etc...) 
• Once these applications startup, they work fine

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: 3.5.0.1756 and above
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation

Resolution

While we continue to investigate this issue, please create the following permission rule as a to workaround this issue
