CB Response: "Mark all as Resolved" doesn't work on more than 1024 of alerts

Issue/Introduction

On the alert page, when "mark all as resolved" on more than 1024 alerts, the operation could end in two ways:

1. Red toast and HTTP 500 error.
2. Shows successfully done via green pop-up but none of the alerts is resolved. 

Environment

• CB Response Server: 6.X

Cause

Bug CB-18459.

Resolution

Please use the following workaround:

1. On the alert page, filter to show the desired to be resolved alerts.
2. On URL, change "row=10" to "row=1023".
3. After the new page loads, select all on the page and mark them all as resolved.
4. In this way, these 1023 alerts should be resolved successfully.
