Issue/Introduction

Agent Agent synchronization failures can have many causes that lead to event backlog and other data consistency issues.

Environment

  • App Control Agent: All Supported Versions
  • App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Resolution

  1. If using SQL Express: Verify the database size limit has not been reached.
  2. Verify the Agent shows as Connected in Assets > Computers.
  3. Attempt to resync the Agent Cache File Information.
  4. If the issue persists please:
    1. Collect Agent Logs
    2. Collect Server Logs
    3. Collect SQL Performance Logs
    4. Open a case with Support and provide the logs.
