Endpoint Standard: Can local UI notifications be cleared out?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way (policy or local system based) to clear the history of threats blocked that a user sees on their local endpoint within the CB UI?

Environment

• Endpoint Standard (formerly CB Defense) Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Apple MacOS: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• There is no way for a user to clear the local threat history
• VMware Carbon Black Support can reset the sensor from the back-end
  • NOTE: The Reset operation will clean up other things like cached policy/reputation data
