Issue/Introduction
Events in the console similar to the following:
Database task SQL exception: ProcessFileInstances2 - The current transaction cannot be committed and cannot support operations that write to the log file. Roll back the transaction.

Environment
- CB Protection Server: 7.x and Higher
- Microsoft Windows Server: All Supported Versions
- Microsoft SQL Server: All Supported Version
Resolution
As these errors are typically related to long running jobs interferring, once the blocking job finishes, the task that error out should be able to complete properly on it's next run.
