App Control: TenAsys INtime COM Port Assignment Failure

Issue/Introduction

When starting a machine running INtime the Console returns the error: COM_ISM::SetRtInterruptHandler Returned 5 for level 58.

Environment

App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Cause

This is caused by a slight delay the agent adds during the startup sequence. 
 

Resolution

The following value should be added to the affected endpoints registry:

1. Create HKLM:\software\tenasys\intime\rtkernelloader if it doesn't already exist
2. Then add the following as a DWORD entry: ACPITimeout = 60000

Additional Information

Please remember to perform a backup of the registry prior to testing any changes.
