What do the different statuses mean for sensors - Active, Inactive, and Pending?
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| All | All sensors in the organization, regardless of status |
| Active | Sensors which have checked in within the last 30 days |
| Default | Status selected when opening the Endpoints page |
| Inactive | Sensors which have not checked in within the last 30 days |
| Pending | Devices where an install email was sent to the listed user but sensor has yet to be installed |
| Deregistered | Sensors which have been deregistered or uninstalled |
| Errors | Sensor is reporting errors, contact support for help |
| Eligible for Update | There is a more current version of the sensor available for deployment |
| Bypass | Sensors have been put into Bypass mode |
| Quarantine | Shows devices that have been put into Quarantine |

Error status of a device is not explicit and may indicate a variety of technical problems - from failed or incomplete installation to a malfunction of the sensor; If it's not apparent what the problem is or how to solve it, open a Support case
