CB PSC: Device locks up when using Citrix ShareFile to edit a file

Issue/Introduction

• Citrix Sharefile creates a drive mapping in Windows explorer to access files in the cloud.
• When editing a file the original disappears after clicking the "save", two temp files take its place
• Office applications such as word, excel, wordpad, etc...lock up and the computer must be hard booted
• This was not an issue in sensor version 3.3.x

Environment

• CB Defense PSC Console: All Versions
• CB Defense PSC Sensor: All Versions of 3.4
• Microsoft Windows: All Versions

Resolution

This isssue is resolved in sensor version 3.4.0.1086
