CB UnifiedView: 401 error in global search

Issue/Introduction

When attempting a global search within a CB UnifiedView instance containing more than one CB Response server, a HTTP 401 error in the UI is returned.

Environment

• CB Response Server: All Versions
• CB UnifedView: 7.0.1

Cause

This occurs due to an issue with CB UnifiedView software.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in CB UnifiedView 7.0.2. Customers on the affected version and experiencing this issue should upgrade.
