The button to "Add" a certificate for approval is grayed out

Issue/Introduction

User is unable to approve a certificate because the button to "Add" is grayed out on the alerts page, investigate page, or alert triage page.

Environment

Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions

Cause

This is expected behavior if the certificate has already been approved within the environment.

Resolution

If the certificate is already approved under the Enforce > Reputation page then it cannot be approved again.

Additional Information

If the certificate is not already approved under the Enforce > Reputation page then please open a case with Carbon Black support with any relevant alert IDs.
