    • Endpoint Standard (CB Defense)
    • Endpoint Advanced (CB Defense + CB LiveOps)
    • Endpoint Enterprise (CB Defense + CB LiveOps + CB ThreatHunter)
  • CB Cloud Sensor: All Versions
  • Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
  • Apple MacOS: All Supported Versions
Configuration/Steps required to see the issue
  • Add new endpoints by adding list of email addresses
    1. Endpoints page > Sensor Options > Send installation request
    2. Click on 'Multiple Requests'
    3. Enter comma-separated list of email address to send invitation email to
    4. Click 'Send' button

Resolution

Will be resolved under DSER-6629. Duplicate emails can be ignored safely.

Additional Information

  • While the end user will receive two emails, the links and Installation Code contained in both work without issue as it is the same information
