Issue/Introduction

• Endpoint Standard is Enabled
• Unable to install TreeSize
• Treesize.exe does not function

Environment

• Endpoint Standard: 3.4.0+
• Treesize.exe

Cause

Interoperational issue between Endpoint Standard and Treesize.exe

Resolution

Upgrade to TreeSize 8.0
As a temporary workaround, apply an API bypass rule for the following:

C:\Program Files\JAM Software\TreeSize\TreeSize.exe
