EDR: HTTP 403 returned when using cbapi

Issue/Introduction

When leveraging cbapi for automation, a HTTP 403 error is returned.

Environment

• Hosted EDR: All Versions

Cause

This may be related to Nginx IP filtering. The external IP Address has not been added to the CB Response Cloud server's NGINX IP Filters list.

Resolution

Add the external IP Address in question to the NGINX IP Filters list.
