Issue/Introduction

• Docker Enterprise Edition will not start
• Docker fails to run its samples

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: Versions up to 3.8.0.684
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Docker: Enterprise Edition

Cause

The cause of this issue is currently unknown.

Resolution

• The issue will be fixed in 3.8.0.722 and higher
• As a workaround, add the following to Permission Rules for Policies if needed

C:\Windows\System32\vmwp.exe,
