App Control: System Health page not available in airgap server

Issue/Introduction

• System Health Summary page shows:
  • No Health indicators available. Carbon Black File Reputation disabled

Environment

• App Control Server: All Versions
• Airgapped 

Cause

System Health indicators are delivered to the App Control Server through Carbon Black File Reputation (CDC) on the cloud server. Because airgapped servers do not allow external connections, the service cannot be used.

Resolution

System Health currently isn't available for implementation in an airgapped environment.
