CB Protection: File Catalog Screen Does Not Show File Details Due to Group By Filter

Issue/Introduction

When searching the hash of a file in the File Asset screen, the File Catalog tab reports 1 item returned, however does not show any of the file details:

 

Environment

• CB Protection Console: All Versions

Cause

'Product Version' has been selected as the 'Group By' option.

Resolution

1.  Change the Group By value to 'File Name'
2. Select Apply
