To explain how to enable privilege commands without putting the agent in bypass mode.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All supported versions
• Microsoft Windows: All supported versions
• Apple MacOS: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Navigate to the path where RepCLI is located:
   • For Windows reference: How to Access RepCLI Utility
   • For MacOS reference: Using RepCLI on macOS
2. Run: 

   RepCLI Unlock <code>

NOTE: The code can be the Individual Sensor Uninstall Code or the Company Deregistration Code.

Additional Information

Privilege commands will remain unlocked until the agent is restarted or when the command below is run:
