CB Response: 503 Errors Due to EndPoint Clock Out of Time Range

Issue/Introduction

• Large number of 503 errors in /var/log/cb/nginx/access.log
• /var/log/cb/pgsql/postgres logs may contain the error "ERROR: timestamp out of range"

Environment

CB Response: 6.2.4 
CB Response Sensor: 6.1.6

Cause

This can happen if the endpoints clock is outside an acceptable range for pgsql to accept

Resolution

Fix the endpoints clock to resolve the issue
