Issue/Introduction
When running a LiveOps Query some machines sit in Response Pending and never respond
Environment
- Audit and Remediation (formerly CB LiveOps): All Supported Versions
- Microsoft OS: Windows x86
Cause
This can happen on 32-bit Operating Systems as Live Query doesn't support 32-bit Operating Systems
Resolution
Remove 32-bit machines from Live Query results or upgrade to a 64-bit OS
Additional Information
The osquery technology does not support 32-bit Operating Systems but may in the future
