Issue/Introduction

Getting error 602 for Alliance on EDR Cluster

Environment

• EDR (Formerly Carbon Black Response) Server: 6.x or Higher

Cause

This can happen if not all the servers in the cluster have the proxy settings setup in the cb.conf file

Resolution

• Make sure all nodes in the cluster have the etc/cb/cb.conf file configured for any needed proxy settings
