CB Response: Unrecognized Hashes Message When Banning Hashes

Issue/Introduction

When banning hashes the following message is seen:

Unrecognized Hashes
The following hashes are not recognized. Response will not let them execute if they are eventually detected on your endpoints.

 

Environment

• CB Response: 6.x and Higher

Cause

This is seen because these hashes have not been seen in the environment  

Resolution

This message can be safely ignored
