CB Defense: Genetec Video Player Won't Work Properly When Running From the Network

Issue/Introduction

Error pops up on the screen "Could not execute C:\Program Files\Genetec Video Player\GenetecVideoPlayer.exe (Error=3)"
Even adding in bypass permissions for this location doesn't resolve the issue 

Environment

• CB Defense PSC Sensor: 3.3.0.984

Cause

This can happen if Genetec is being ran from the network due to network operations that are affected by the 3.3.0.984 sensor

Resolution

Upgrading to the latest 3.4.x Sensor has been seen to resolve these issues
