Determine Duplicate Sensors Which Share the Same DeviceID

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Go to the Inventory -> Endpoints 
2. Identify a machine which may be the master image or clones from an image and copy its device_id
3. Go to the Investigate page and search for device_id:<copied device_id>
4. The names showing up in the Device filter on the left should show machines with the same device_id
