Workload: "Internal error related to CBC Workload server has occurred" During Appliance Registration

Issue/Introduction

• During CBC Appliance Registration the error occurs "Internal error related to CBC Workload server has occurred"
• vsphere-worker.log has the error "Server certificate chain is not trusted and thumbprint doesn't match"

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Workload: All Versions
• VMware VSphere: 6.5 and above

Cause

Vsphere Certificate error is causing issue validating thumbprint

Resolution

• This may be corrected with the isdoctor tool found here
• If not familiar with isdoctor please reach out to VMWare Vsphere support for help correcting the issue
