Issue/Introduction

When creating a new user with a username that has been used, and perhaps even deleted, fails with "That username is already taken"

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: All Supported Versions

Cause

Even after deleting an old username, that username may no longer be used for CB Response Cloud

Resolution

• Create a new unique username
