EDR: RabbitMQ Startup Issues On Cluster Minion or Standalone

Issue/Introduction

1. No services after RabbitMQ will start on some minions in the cluster
2. This error may be seen 

   Error when reading /var/cb/.erlang.cookie: eacces

Environment

• EDR Server: 7.6.0 and Lower

Cause

This can be caused by issues with files in rabbitmq\mnesia and enabled_plugins 

Resolution

1. Enabled_Plugins: On Node where services aren't starting properly run "mv /etc/cb/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins /etc/cb/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins.bak"
2. Mnesia: On all nodes in the cluster follow the steps for the Mnesia fix
