Sensor Install Fails With "Failed because the install user does not have admin privilege."

Issue/Introduction

Windows Sensor Fails with 1603 error and "Failed because the install user does not have admin privilege." message: 

CAInstallPreCheck:  <DATE> <TIME>   ERROR  Custom Action CAInstallPreCheck failed. Failed because the install user does not have administrator privileges. Please try again using administrator privileges. Return code : 1603

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Windows Sensor: All Supported Versions
• Microsoft Windows OS: All Supported Versions

Cause

The installing user doesn't have admin privileges or the install isn't being ran as administrator

Resolution

• When running install right click and "run as administrator" or 
• Run command prompt using "run as administrator" and execute sensor install from cmd prompt
