CB Protection: Could Not Read Certificate Error When Generating A Self-Signed Certificate

Issue/Introduction

When trying to generate a new certificate the current CB Protection certificate is blanked out and there is a red error "Could not read certificate"

Environment

CB Protection: 7.x and Higher

Resolution

1. Reboot the server
2. Create the certificate again after reboot
