Uploading a new console certificate fails with "This is not a valid certificate package."

Environment

• App Control (formerly CB Protection): All Supported Versions

Cause

This happens if the certificate is not in PKCS#12 Format

Resolution

Provide a certificate that is in PKCS#12 Format
