Why are there a lot of "Not Scanned" Container Images?

There can be different reasons why there are "Not Scanned" Images, some are included below

• Only Images with active pods at the time of scanning will be scanned
• Some Images may no longer exist - future enhancements are coming to remove "Not Scanned" images from the inventory
