CB PSC: Unable to delete API Key

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to delete API Key from API Keys page (formerly Connectors page)
• Request failed with status code 409

Environment

• PSC Web Console: All Versions
  • CB Defense
  • CB ThreatHunter

Cause

 The API Key is currently subscribed to alerts. This error is returned in the response body for that DELETE API call (seen in DevTools) but is not communicated on the front end

Resolution

1. Go to Settings > API Keys page and note the API ID of the API Key to be deleted
2. Go to Settings > Notifications page
3. If the Notification only has the API Key to be deleted listed as a subscriber, click the 'X' button at the far right to delete the Notification
4. If the Notification has more than one subscriber, click the 'Edit' button and remove the desired API Key (listed by description/name) from the Notification
5. Return to Settings > API Keys and delete desired API Key

Additional Information

The lack of error message is a know issue and will be resolved in a future release.
